Attending an interview can, for some, seem like a daunting prospect.  The unknown interviewer, anticipation of difficult questions and even practical issues like deciding what to wear is often stressful.

Having conducted (and attended!) many interviews throughout our careers, we are well placed to coach interviewees in what to expect and how to prepare for an experience that is positive and effective.
